What is OneTouch™?
Apex created OneTouch™ to simplify the processing of insurance claims and collecting payments. With OneTouch™ there is no need to change or upgrade the software you currently use. Enter your patient and claims information into any practice management system and at the end of each day you simply click the OneTouch™ button to upload the claims to our system then we take care of the rest. This includes submitting claims to more than 1,200 different payer organizations, carefully monitoring the progress of every claim, and working to resolve problems.
