Sheldon founded Apex EDI in 1995. As president and CEO of the company, he has nurtured the company through all stages of growth; from regional clearinghouse to a national clearinghouse serving medical and dental providers in every state.
Under Sheldon’s leadership, Apex EDI has enjoyed phenomenal growth resulting in the company being recognized as one of the top 100 fastest growing companies in Utah for 3 consecutive years. This leadership has always focused on building a company that is not only profitable, but also contributes significantly to the well-being of each customer, business partner, and employee.
Along with a natural entrepreneurial talent, Sheldon holds a degree in electrical engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah. This unique mix of experience and education has proved invaluable in managing all aspects of the company from its business development to its leading edge technology and innovation.
